Spend 20 Mins a Day and Get Amazing Results

Not only do we get a few days break on December 24, 25 and 26, but we also get another day off for the New Year. For students, you folks get an even longer break, probably around 2 weeks or so (so lucky – I miss those days). But let’s admit it, most of us barely have anything done or achieved during the break anyways. This is usually the period that throws everyone off schedule, and there are many reasons for it. Some of the typical reasons we heard from our customers are:
“Oh, the gym is closed… and you know….” (yea we know)
“OH MY GOD, I cannot workout today because I have to get gifts for Peter, Tommy..” (who knows who)
“The gym is packed, I will just come in again later tonight” (and of course, you usually don’t)
And we heard a lot more different excuses…. we can go on and on.
The truth is that most of us spend most of our holiday doing 3 simple activities; sleeping, eating and drinking – and guess what, usually after the break, 90% of us whine about how we have gained weight and fat, then start regretting. AND THEN, we start to look for ‘ultra-fast’ methods and ways to get back into shape. BUT THEN, most of us give up half way, accept the reality and carry on with life. If only we had the “undo” command in real life, then there would be nothing we should worry about. But we don’t, so let’s get back to reality.

If you are a geek, then let me tell you in percentage, that’s less than 1% of your time ‘every other day’. There is ZERO excuse for not being able to reserve just 1% or 20-mins to keep yourself in shape.
