At the young age of 6, Victor jumped head first into the world of martial arts. At the age of 17, he won the National Championship title for the martial arts style TaeKwonDo and become a member of Team Canada. Throughout the years he has achieved two black belts in two different styles. TaeKwonDo – 2nd degree black belt & 1st degree black belt in Wushu (Kung Fu – the style Jet li has been trained in) – and has been trained in other styles such as Muai Thai, Hapkido and Aikido.
Dayna Stoddart is a renowned Active Aging Expert, Health, Fitness and Wellness Professional. Dayna received her BSc in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. Working in Canada and then the U.S. for 10+ yrs as a Physical Therapist , she was becoming more and more discouraged at how “healthcare” in reality is more “sick care”.
I carry a background working in recreation and with special needs adults and children and than moved on to the world of education at the high school level. Alicia Bell is a Toronto based Kinesiologist, Strength Coach and Track and Field Coach who has devoted her life to helping people reach their goals in fitness and sport. She is a nationally recognized track and field coach who coached team Canada at the Maccabi games in Israel in July of 2013. She lead the team to 13 medals.
