  1. Solid Bands – Review by Ryan

    Overall Rating

I have been using the Element bands for years and have never seen the need to upgrade to more expensive versions. I use these for barbell exercises, warm ups and bodyweight work. They have held up well and been worth the money.

Keep in mind that all bands will wear out, no matter how expensive or regardless of what they may claim. To give an idea how long they will last; I use a red band for about 100 daily pull-aparts. They usually last me 8 months before I need to replace them. The blue and orange bands, I have had for years because they don't get as much use.

  2. Solid Product – Review by Ryan

I own 3 Rumble Rollers; the blue travel size, black travel size and full size blue. They each have their purposes in my recovery/warm up. Each are well made and show no signs of wear after a couple years of use. They do take some getting used to and you will probably hate them when you first start. Start with the blue ones and stick with it. You'll be glad you did.

  5. Good quality med ball – Review by Ryan

    Overall Rating

I have a few different sizes in this line of med balls. They are good quality and hold up well. The texture is just right, not too slippery but not too tacky.
