What Our Customers Are Saying
Fantastic, solid rack. The extra height is great for the chin-up bar allowing taller people to comfortably do chin-ups. Band pegs are a nice option. Moving saddles and safety supports is smooth. Safety supports are lined with hard plastic which is nice for noise reduction. An impressive looking and functioning rack in real life.

Great pair of grippers! – Review by Joseph R.
I'm a smaller guy, only 5'7 145 pounds but for some reason my grip exceeds any of my other muscle groups by far so i wanted to find a way to really progress passed the standard wrist curls and reverse wrist curls (I also use the iron arms for a complete forearm workout, using the twisting muscles) Asyou probably guessed, i couldn't close it on my first try!! But with some persistance i went from about 45% closed with each hand, to about 67% closed. If you know anything about grippers than you know the hard part comes in the last 25% so it will be a while until i'll be able to close it completely but don't let that be discouraging! You can still gain a lot of strength by using it even if you can't close it completely.
Most standard stores in my small town only sell up to 100 pounds which is fine but if you're serious about working out and getting strong hands/forearms than aim for at least a 150-200. It's a good start in getting to a serious stage of strength!
Also i had a great experience with this site. The 250 pound hand gripper was on sale and their cheapest shipping was fast! It shipped on friday at 2 pm and arrived on monday at 10 am in the middle of a snow storm!
The quality is epic, there is nothing flimsy about them. They may be light and small but they're compact and very strong!
If anybody here is looking for a real test of strength with a good quality product, try these out for sure!

Great. – Review by Jeremiah
Good, solid rack that is easy to assemble with the proper tools. The straight pull up bar and olympic plate holders are nice features to have. One quality control problem, there were long bits of metal shavings inside one of the parts, which I was able to remove with a pair of tweezers. Overall, good quality rack that does its job.

Xtreme Monkey Deluxe Knee Wraps – Review by Mike
Great product. Hit a new PR first day using them and my knees feel great getting up to heavy singles and doubles now.
Material is durable but comfortable to wear even when i wrap em a little too tight.
