    1. Love my Stepper – Review by Tracy

      Overall Rating

ordered my stepper after abusing my Wii board for getting steps for my Fitbit challenges. This stepper is much more effective because of the adjustments in height. Wonderful workouts. Delivery was super fast and the cats love playing in the shipping box. :)

    2. Neoprene 07 Lb. Dumbbell – Review by Patricia V.

      Overall Rating

These dumbbells are anything but 'dumb'. They don't slip in your hands when you are working out. They don't cause blisters and they handle very easily and well no matter which weight size you use.

    3. Excellent – Review by Maria

      Overall Rating

It only just smells a bit like rubber when you first lay it out. But it quickly dissipates. It is not spongy or bouncy so feel free to do deadlifts on it. I bought it to protect my bumper plates and barbell from the bare basement concrete floor and absorb some of the impact and noise. It works well.

    4. good basic hardware – Review by Bill T

      Overall Rating

This is a simple and basic piece of metal that does the job right. Rather than wrapping your rope around a post or soemthing, using an anchor like this can help reduce the wear on your rope, and it's pretty simple enough to mount it anywhere you find convenient.

If you want to put it in the wall though, you might need to consider what type of wall (drywall, concrete, or into wood), and make suer you have the appropriate hardware.

    5. Great reference book – Review by Joycelyn Scott

I am a fitness trainer and to me it's just so great to have all the exercises you can do with one tool in one place. I have a few of "The Great..." handbooks and they're all a great reference. There's a LOT of different ways to work a body, and SO many different tools to use. I use the books when I'm writing up a new boot camp, or personal training with a client. Concise and clear, they are terrific guides to your tools.
