    I am a fitness trainer and to me it's just so great to have all the exercises you can do with one tool in one place. I have a few of "The Great..." handbooks and they're all a great reference. There's a LOT of different ways to work a body, and SO many different tools to use. I use the books when I'm writing up a new boot camp, or personal training with a client. Concise and clear, they are terrific guides to your tools.

    I only have a 4lb kettle weight. I didn't have the chance, for a few days, to try it. Tried just one DVD, last night as a matter of fact & OMG! 2 hours later my inner thighs were sore. BTW, I workout 5 days a week. So I'm working out other muscles with the kettle weight. Instructions are clear and easily followed. Love it. What a deal I got. Yippee.
