This is one of the best exercises of all time working the majority of the upper
body. The problem has always been the ability to use your own body weight to
perform this movement. It is usually sloppy and not done in full range of
motion. The Workbench Machine Dip uses the new linkage resistance bar and slide
tube to provide perfect lever arm motion which duplicates the exercise in
machine form.
