Comments:This bench is a really good buy imo. Firstly, it is not too high, at the lowest seat setting it is 17" from floor to top of seat. That's great since I'm 5"7, it allows me to plant my feet during bench press. Secondly, it is the only bench I've tried that allows you to set it so that you can do incline bench inside a rack. All other ladder style benches are restricted because of the long back end that hits the bottom cross bar of home gym power racks (not a problem if you get a commercial rack with plate holders). The only reason I took off 1 star is because the bench doesn't feel quite as sturdy as some of the more expensive ones I've tried. Don't get me wrong its still like an 8.5/10, plenty solid for most users, but a wiggle or two can be felt when explosive lifting is done. Overall, highly recommended for a home gym setup.
