This is a complete 11pcs set, Perfect to use with P90X Fitness Program and other
Exercises such as Yoga, Pilates, etc.
The resistance bands are made from the highest quality latex, they have extra
strong upgraded ALUMINUM attachments (most others have weak plastic connections
which snap with the higher resistance levels or they use steel which tends to
rust) connect the bands safely and securely. We know you are going to put these

Comments:I received it today, so I can't say in the long run, but so far looks like a steal at this price. They seem to be Bodylastics clones and I am enjoying my experience with them so far. I've used quite a few resistance bands before, and these ones have a nice feeling to them, very smooth. And believe me, the tensions there are very decent. Handles could be better, and I wish there were more than 2, but at this price, still an awesome deal (provided that they last for a while of course, but so far I have no reasons to believe they won't).
