Great value – Review by Big Kev
Ordered this on sale, arrived next day...set up was fairly easy, they should packet the two types of bolts separate to avoid confusion. The rack has performed well, squats, bench press, military press with heavy weight and the rack remains sturdy, for the price point it can't be beat!

TRX Home Kit – Review by Paul D.
I bought this system on the advice of a friend, who is a personal trainer. It has lived up to his recommendation as a convenient way to add intensity to home work outs. I have just started to explore TRX's potential, but already feel results after having used it for 4 weeks. I do miss the video and boklet that were included in the earlier versions, like the one I had borrowed to test it out. The hardware and construction are all very high quality and I anticiapte the unit lasting for a long time.

Excellent sled – Review by Ryan
This is a great sled. It's not a Prowler, as that is a different design, but offeres the exact same workout.
The push posts are removable so the sled is versatile for carry or to put in a vehicle. The posts, where you put the weight plates, are bolted in, and thus not interchangable without tools. I purchased the extra posts, as I like doing "suicides" but by no means are they a necessity.
The sled itself weighs 50lbs and the removable posts are 8 each. You can fit 10-12 olympic weight plates onto the sled so you can get well into the 500lb range if you want to. You can also use cinder blocks instead of weight plates (much cheaper) which will fit about 4 comfortably. the sled is versatile enough that you can even have a friend stand on it for resistance.
The sled comes with a harness you can attach to your torso and a drag strap. One piece of advice though, don't leave the drap strap attached while you are doing sled pushing exercises (as done in the video). That is a recipe for injury. The carabiner takes a total of about a second to attach.

Good Sandgbag Setup – Review by Ryan
I've been using my sandbag setup for about a year now. So far it's been a great addition to my training. The exterior bag is well constructed with thick, reinforced stitching. The handles show no signs of wear or coming apart.
The only point of compromise with this product may be in the interior bladders. Though they are well reinforced and stitched well, they do have a tendency to leak if you fill them with sand. I've found that filling doubled up sandwich bags, and putting them inside the bladders, to be the most effective method for using actual sand. There is also the option for using wood or rubber chips. Since the bladders can be removed from the sandbag itself, and used for other exercises, this is an important thing to consider.
