    1. Squat Rack – Review by Steven

      Overall Rating

These were inexpensive, easy to set-up and very practical for me because I don't have much space and these are easy to move when not using them. The one thing that I noticed though is that they wiggle a little from side to side but that might just be an uneven floor. Overall these were a great buy but if you have the space and money I would recommend getting a cage.

    2. Essential for beginner – Review by Robert

      Overall Rating

After reading this, it was clear it was essential for learning the speedbag. You could never have fun with it without basics.

    4. Rust, paint flaking off – Review by Brodie

      Overall Rating

The rack arrived in good shape, however one of the J-Hooks and some of the smaller pieces had fairly significant rust damage, with sections of the paint flaking off. Overall build quality was good. Solid welds, M12 (nickel) hardware. Plate holders don't leave any room if you're using wide bumper plates, FYI.

    5. TRX Pro – Review by Liz D.

      Overall Rating

After attending 2 TRX classes in my local area, I decided I loved it but couldn't make more than 1 class per week because of timing and cost. I started searching the internet and found that the home model was available at Sportchek, but I wanted the Pro model so I kept looking and found Treadmill Factory's website. Their price on the Pro model was actually better than Sportchek's price on the home version so I ordered it. I was shocked when it showed up the very next morning!

So, I'm on week 2 and am TRX-ing 3 times a week followed by 20 minutes of interval training on my treadmill. I started with the basic workout from one of the videos on the TRX site which takes about 35 minutes (interval training on treadmill = 2 minutes @ 6km/hour, + 2 minutes @ 7km/hour, + 1 minute jog @ 9km/hour x 4 sets). Already I feel stronger and energized. The TRX is so flexible it's possible to do even in small spaces and you can adjust for your fitness level (or in my case, lack thereof...) simply by placing your feet closer or further from the anchor. Such an ingenious piece of equipment. I'm hooked and am impressed with Treadmill Factory's service!

I would definitely recommend both! And, considering the price of the TRX classes, the PRO will pay for itself in just a couple of months (and it travels!).
