XM Fitness 55lbs Commercial Weighted Vest

I've had my vest for over 4 years now and it still holds strong with a lot of wear the velcro still strong and fit is very comfortable, I'm pleased and really glad I got this piece of equipment to support and enhance my training.

This vest is great. Love the fact you csn add or remove weight easily and thst the weights are metal and not the typical sandbag type.No worry about leakage. Not sure I'll ever be able to use the full 55 pounds for walking but it's nice to have that option as a goal. Highly recommend this vest and purchasing it from them. Best price I could find for anything in this category and weight range

The weights are easy to insert in the vest pockets, they are all uniform in size and weight. The vest is easy to put on and cinch up tight, it is not a hindrance as it is short enough to not restrict body movement.

Everything about this vest and its weight are as I expected (good fit, easy to use, seems durable), except for one thing. Some of the weight pockets are tigher than others, making it a difficult task to insert and remove weights from them. I have to spend 30-45 seconds struggling to get weights in and out of these tigher pockets. Essentially, I've simply decided that these tight pockets can permanently hold weights and the other pockets will be the ones I take and remove weights from. Apart from this, I have no complaints. The product is great

I recently purchased this weighted vest after searching high and low for a good quality vest at a fair price. I was a little concerned that most other vests on the marketing were double the price of the Xtreme Monkey version and thought that it might be rubbish.
I was blown away when I opened the box and tried it on! Good quality and comfortable considering it weighs in at 55 lbs. It seems to be very durable, well made and tough enough to survive indoor and outdoor climate conditions (I plan using it for both).
Over all very pleased and I would highly recommend it!

Build quality is high.
I use this product for non-panting conditioning and I have no complaints.
Shoulder straps are padded and do not slip.
For the price I am extremely impressed.

Took a chance and ordered the 55 lbs. weight vest.
Delivery was in 3 days.
I was able to track the order from their website.
No issues with ordering and delivery.
The vest is very comfortable when carrying the full 55 lbs.
The shoulder straps are wide which distributes the pressure on the shoulders.
I am 5' 8" and the vest comes down to about a inch or two above the bellybutton.
This allows for full range of motion when doing hanging sit-ups or for added weight when doing deadlifts.
I have seen other vests that cover the full upper body which does not allow for full range of motion.
The Velcro straps are quite sturdy and do not come apart when performing quick jerky motions or when running/jogging.
One of the straps has a reflective strip.
The only issue I have seen so far, although very minor, is that some of the pockets (loops) that hold the individual weights are not of the same length, so some weights sits deeper in the pocket.
Unless you are able to purchase heavier weights, but I am not aware that you can.
Does not affect the balance when all weights are used.
Definitely worth the $120 sale price but NOT the $299 market price.

This vest is of very good quality. All the materials are strong and the whole is well-constructed. There is a lot of padding over the shoulders, spreading the weight out. It's easily adjustable. The straps have plenty of velcro so nothing is going to accidentally come open. It does slide up a little if you do anything inverted. I was wearing it while doing some yoga poses and it does slide up a couple inches. But that is such a small amount of what I use it for that I am still extremely satisfied with the vest.

Incredible! absolutely the best and most comfortable vest I have ever worn. I purchased 2 of these for me and my girlfriend and we wear them almost everywhere! I had my vest for about 2 weeks now and I used it for plyometrics and core workout (Chin-ups, plank, dips, push-ups). Any comparable vest costs significantly more when looking online. The best vests can only be bought outside of Canada, and the shipping rate is crazy. This product more than met my expectations. The weights are 3 pounds each and easily changed out to adjust weight. The vest is easily adjustable and fits me well. I am a medium build 5'11 190lb male. Worth it!

Great use for extra weight when you're going for the hardcore workout and excerise to challange yourself.

I was initially going for the 35lbs vest but then I thought the 55lbs would be more useful for basic exercises like squats, push ups... and I don't regret it. Really worth it, each bar weights about 3.05 lbs so you can really adjust it to your liking. It holds fine when you run with it too! Only con so far has been doing pull ups, their is a little bit of tightness near the arm pit area that can rub your skin. But it's pretty OK if you have a shirt on with short sleeves (i initially used it top naked that's why).
I recommended 100% if your ready to take it to the next level!

Very well thought out. fits all sizes. I'm 5'4" 140lbs and had no issues. Tried it out in store with some help. Aside from being a little clumsy removing from the store manikin, once it's on, it feels like another jacket. Great quality and material. No comparison. error on the side of caution when removing off shoulders. started to kneel when tossing on and off with the full 55Lbs.

It's what I needed. The weight vest holds up well to all kinds of movement. Only thing is, I wish it was more of a tactical plate carrier. That's just me though, but seriously. For this price you aren't getting anything better! Less than $200 for the vest and shipping to NL.

I've been looking to get a weighted vest for some time to increase my workout intensity and training. The XM weight vest was what I was looking for and sold at a competitive price compared to other brands out there. I decided to get the max 55lbs and start low working my way up. The build quality feels nice, sturdy, fits nicely and I'm happy with it.

I've only used this twice now (starting at very low weights), but I have no complaints so far. Straightforward, adaptable to your fit and weight needs.
