This wall-mounted sit-up bar creates a sit-up station that requires very little space but gets you the results you want with targeted core strengthening. Designed with a wall’s stud-spacing in mind, the Wall Amigo is ideal for both small and commercial gyms as well as for backyard fitness enthusiasts and garage gym users.

Proudly made in the USA from 1/8” thick steel, the Wall Amigo measures 14.5” across the footplate and features (2) 3/8” diameter holes spaced approximately 1-7/8” apart on center. These holes are designed for mounting the Wall Amigo to a wood stud with the included 5/16” x 1-1/2” wood lag screws.
