The XM Fitness 3 in 1 Functional, Smith and Power Rack was engineered to facilitate everyone's needs. It maximizes the number of training exercises with one footprint versus having three separate pieces. The XM Fitness 3 in 1 Functional, Smith and Power Rack is made to be used in full commercial facilities or residential applications for those seeking the optimum quality.
Fully adjustable power rack is at the base of this unit. It also has a built in functional trainer with a 1/1 ratio to maximize the two weight stacks. Finally to complete the unit, it comes standard with a linear bearing commercial smith with a starting weight of 40lbs. You can lighten the smith bar by using resistance bands with the top pegs to assist in the lift. There are countless exercises you can do with the XM Fitness 3 in 1 Functional, Smith and Power Rack and for years to come.
XM Smith/Functional has adjustment points that allow for more customization and natural movements, especially when working smaller muscles. The handles can go higher and lower than before for a greater range of motion.
The improved trolley is lighter and has a smaller profile than the original and provides a greater range of motion.
XM Smith/Functional features a dual weight stacks with a 1/1 weight ratio, offering the flexibility to engage in various cable-based exercises with ease. This means no limits to your home gym training and a cable machine that’s robust enough for a commercial setting.
